The 2,700 square foot venue employs 20 people, including Indian head chef Jainal Abedin and Italian sous chef Luigi Savarese.

"A Desire To Fuse Both Indian And Italian Cuisine"

The Belfast Telegraph quotes Abedin as saying, "I've always had a desire to fuse both Indian and Italian cuisine, so when we decided to open the restaurant, I knew exactly what we wanted to create. I am confident the people of Belfast and beyond will love what we have to offer."
