Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud And Chapter One Win At Food & Wine Awards

Ross Lewis of Chapter One on Parnell Square in Dublin picked up the title of 'Chef Of The Year' at the Food & Wine Awards held over the weekend in the capital.

Chapter one was in the winners enclosure for a second time at the ceremony when Darren Hogarty was named as 'Pastry Chef of the Year'.

The two Michelin star Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud (pictured) on Upper Merrion Street was awarded the 'Restaurant Of The Year' accolade, while Derry Clarke's l'Ecrivain on Baggot Street took home the 'Best For Business' award, reports lovindublin.ie.

Elsewhere, Hadskis in Belfast scooped the 'Ireland's Best Brunch' award, while Gregans Castle in Co. Clare was named 'Best For Romance'.
