Hayfield Manor has unveiled its all-new collection of suites, which pay tribute to Cork’s rich history, with each suite named in honour of the city’s heritage.
Alongside the Presidential and Shandon suites, the collection includes the Ford Suite and the Merchant Suite. Each suite is designed with subtle nods to Cork, from local artwork and historical photography to curated books and artisanal food and beverage offerings.

Presidential Suite
Spanning 1,200 square feet, the Presidential Suite is designed with a clean, contemporary aesthetic that emphasises quality, comfort, and timeless style. Every detail has been meticulously curated, from the expansive living area to the views of Cork’s city skyline from the private balcony.
Guests staying in the Presidential Suite will enjoy an array of exclusive amenities, including a dressing room, complete with a vanity area, generous wardrobe space, and a butler’s pantry. The butler’s pantry features a coffee dock, a selection of local artisanal treats, and a mixology station, for crafting cocktails with a curated selection of premium local spirits.
Meanwhile, the living room will include a record player, a curated music collection, a hand-picked selection of books celebrating Cork’s rich heritage, and a large fireplace.
The suite features locally inspired refreshments, including a selection of premium Irish drinks and artisanal snacks sourced from producers in Cork’s English Market.
An enhanced guest experience will feature a VIP check-in, a private property tour, a customised itinerary highlighting the best of Cork, and a dedicated butler service.
Shandon Suite
The Shandon Suite endeavours to offer a contemporary yet timeless aesthetic, exuding warmth and grandeur in every detail. Curated interiors blend soft, neutral tones with luxurious accents, creating an inviting ambiance.
An ‘understated, elegant bedroom’ is complemented by a stylish lounge area, with balcony views of the Manor House and nearby UCC. The experience is completed with a luxurious bathroom, featuring a deep bath.
