NYX Hotel Dublin Launches Circadian Concierge

NYX Hotel Dublin, with locations at Portobello Harbour and Christchurch, has announced the launch of its new NYX Circadian Concierge, a first-of-its-kind personalised city guide tailored to each guest’s natural energy rhythms.

Developed in collaboration with NYX Hotels and leading sleep expert Dr Guy Meadows, the Circadian Concierge is designed to blend science with lifestyle, to offer guests a smarter, more restorative way to travel.

“The NYX Circadian Concierge brings personalisation and well-being into everything we do,” said Agne Dimaityte, general manager at NYX Hotel Dublin Portobello.

“We look forward to offering this unique service to our guests, to not only enhance their stay at our stylish hotel, but to make sure they make the most of their visit to Dublin.”

Upon check-in, NYX guests complete a quick and engaging circadian rhythm review at check-in that is then coupled with local concierge support and personalised recommendations for different chronotypes.

It does not matter if a guest is an early-riser or a night owl, the NYX Circadian Concierge instantly maps out a bespoke itinerary to explore Dublin at the times that suit the body clock of the guest, helping to combat the common ‘first-night effect’ that many travellers experience.

Guests can also request an NYX sleep-and-wellness kit, including an eye mask, pillow spray, a sleep book, Loop earplugs, and a sunrise alarm.

“By understanding your circadian rhythm, you can soak up new surroundings and get the most out of your holiday by adjusting your itinerary to suit energy levels and natural cycles,” said Meadows, a physiologist at the Sleep School.

“NYX Hotels’ concierge teams are trained to understand individual chronotypes, meaning: their recommendations are tailored to each guest’s unique rhythm.”
