Guinness Storehouse Launches Exclusive On Draught Milkshake

Guinness has launched a new on-draught milkshake that is being served exclusively at the Guinness Storehouse.

Newstalk reports that the so-called Storehouse Shake is an alcohol-free milkshake infused with nitro coffee and blended vanilla ice-cream. The coffee is cold brewed for up to 12 hours and chilled in a keg before being served on draught, resulting in a Guinness-like smooth and creamy texture. The shake is subsequently topped with a hazelnut syrup and cream, and served with a Guinness chocolate brownie.

Fun And Special

The recipe was created by Guinness Storehouse head chef Sean Hunter, who commented, "As temperatures soared this summer, [my team and I] decided to work together to create something fun and special, the Storehouse Shake.

“By nitrogenating coffee in the same way we do Guinness, we're able to deliver a non-alcoholic summer drink that has the same creamy and smooth texture as Guinness."

The Storehouse Shake is available at the Guinness Storehouse from now until September 30.
