The new Dublin hotel from Paddy McKillen Jr and Matt Ryan, The Devlin, has been put on the market for a figure between €20 million and €22 million.
According to The Business Post, the business partners' company, Press Up, will enter into a longterm sale and leaseback agreement with whoever ends up purchasing the hotel.

Located in Ranelagh, The Devlin includes 40 bedrooms, a coffee hatch in its lobby and a luxury cinema as well as a cocktail bar called Americana Bar and Layla's restaurant.
