Aer Lingus and Fáilte Ireland Unveil 'Wild Atlantic Air'

Fáilte Ireland and Shannon Airport have teamed up with Aer Lingus to launch a Wild Atlantic Way branded aircraft.

The Irish Independent has reported that the the Boeing 767, which will be branded with the Wild Atlantic Way logo for 12 weeks, will fly between Boston and Shannon over the summer months.

"I hope everybody who sees this plane on the tarmac at Boston airport is inspired to find out more about the Wild Atlantic Way and, ultimately, is persuaded to jump on a plane and come experience it for themselves," said Minister for Tourism & Sport, Michael Ring TD.

It's reported that the branding campaign comes on the back of Aer Lingus's increased transatlantic services from Shannon Airport.
