Aramark Ireland Expects To Serve Three Million Guests During 2025 Events Season

Aramark Ireland is preparing for the busiest period of its largest events programme ever, expecting to serve over three million guests by year-end. The extensive schedule features major concerts, festivals, family attractions, and international sporting competitions.

Major upcoming highlights include catering for two of Ireland’s biggest live music events, back-to-back performances by Oasis and Robbie Williams, where Aramark will deliver tailored food and drink experiences to tens of thousands of music fans.

The events calendar, which runs throughout the year, will see Aramark delivering food and hospitality at popular attractions such as NFL Fan Zone Live, the European Championships, outdoor cinema screenings, and festive family events at Avondale and Malahide Castle.

"This is where we truly showcase what Aramark does best, not just delivering on a large scale but ensuring every event feels special," said Kevin McGinley, managing director of Aramark Food Solutions Ireland.

"From vibrant festivals to intimate family events, our teams bring consistent quality, creativity, and dedication to every occasion.”

Aramark continues to expand its team to meet increased demand, recruiting 40 additional seasonal staff through September.

For the first time, recruitment efforts will extend into the busy October–December period, supporting an expanded winter events programme.
