Buildings Housing Dublin's MEC Hostel Hit The Market

Three interconnecting Georgian buildings on Dublin's North Great George's Street which currently house the Mount Eccles Court (MEC) Hostel have hit the market with a guide price of €5.25 million.

The Irish Independent quotes Manus Agnew of agents Quinn Agnew as saying, "The beauty of this property is the large, vacant accommodation which provides easy expansion possibilities to provide over 300 beds."

Hostel Size And Bed Count

The MEC Hostel extends to approximately 37,000 square feet and has 160 beds.
