Dublin's Westin Hotel Appoints New Food And Beverage Director
The Westin Dublin has appointed Roderick Jan Vastenburg as its new director of food and beverage.
Jan Vastenburg has come to The Westin from his previous position as group director of operations at the Johnnie Cooke Group, where he spent two years overseeing restaurant operations across The Restaurant by Johnnie Cooke at Brown Thomas, Green & Bean Café, Cookes Restaurant and Juanitos.
In his new position at The Westin, Jan Vastenburg will help shape the food and beverage offerings at The Banking Hall, Morelands Grill, The Atrium Lounge and The Mint Bar.
