The four-star Hilton Dublin Airport Hotel has hit the market for a guiding price in excess of €22.5 million.
As reported by The Irish Times, it is expected that the sale of the venue, which is located on the Malahide Road at Northern Cross in Dublin 1 and is showing annual trading profits of over €2 million, will attract a lot of interest from Irish and international investors alike.
The 166-bedroom hotel is being sold on a long leasehold title with another 475 years still to run at a nominal rental rate.
