Plans Revealed For 34-Storey Tower Hotel At Cork's Custom House Quay Site

Development management firm Tower Holdings Group has released plans for the redevelopment of Cork's Custom House Quay site, which include the proposed construction of a 34-storey tower hotel.

Features And Firms

The proposed hotel would be approximately 140 metres in height, which would make it the Republic's tallest building, and would feature 240 bedrooms along with 25 serviced apartments, a swimming pool, a spa, a gym and a sky bar.

According to The Irish Times, Tower Holdings stated that there has been "active and comprehensive early engagement" with several international hotel firms that have "contributed to the design outcome".

Other Developments

The plans for the revamp of the Custom House Quay site also include proposed retail, tourism and commercial office developments.
