The Portmarnock Hotel & Golf Links in south Co. Dublin has been purchased by Vancouver head-quartered hospitality specialist Northland Properties Group for approximately €50 million.
Northland Properties Group purchased the property from US real estate investment group Kennedy Wilson, which acquired it for €27 million in 2014.
"A Significant Vote Of Confidence"
Kennedy Wilson was advised on the sale by Dan O'Connor of JLL and Mason Hayes & Curran. The Irish Times quotes O'Connor as saying, "The sale attracted a wide range of domestic and international interest, and its completion is a significant vote of confidence in the Irish golf and hotel market."
