Three Dublin Hotels For Sale at €130m

Interest is expected to be high for three Dublin hotels, which have been out up for sale with an asking price of €130 million.

The Spencer Hotel in the IFSC (formerly the Clarion Hotel), the Beacon Hotel in Sandyford and the Morgan Hotel in Temple Bar have all been put up for sale, the Irish Independent reports.

The four-star hotels are all under the management of Fitzpatrick Lifestyle Hotels, and it is reported that CBRE have been retained to manage the sale, although the portfolio is not officially on the market yet.

The Spencer Hotel comprises 165 bedrooms, lounge, bar, restaurant and leisure facilities. The Beacon Hotel, in the busy Sandyford area, features a Thai restaurant, bar and 24-hour gym. The Morgan (pictured) is situated in Dublin's busiest tourist areas.

The hotels are likely to garner a lot of interest, from both domestic and foreign investors. After the Gresham and Burlington hotels received so much interest, it is expected that parties that missed out on bidding for these properties may shift their attention.
