Fitzpatrick's gastropub of Rockmarshall, Co. Louth, has hit the market for €1.5 million.
Situated on 8.57 acres of land on the Carlingford routeway, Fitzpatrick's can cater for up to 180 diners and features a partially covered courtyard that offers additional seating in the summer months, as reported by The Irish Independent.
The sale of the venue is being handled by Sherry Fitzgerald Carroll on behalf of receiver Grant Thornton.
