Restaurant Area At Former Central Bank Secures Operator

Businessman Zafar Shah has leased a hospitality and dining area located on the top two floors of the former Central Bank building on Dublin's Dame Street for more than €1 million.

Shah is responsible for bringing PF Chang's to Dundrum Town Centre and also also holds franchises for Philliez Kitchen and Paul bakery, as reported by The Irish Times.

Primary Dining Area And Related Facilities

Central Plaza's primary dining area will be located on its top floor, while the level below will include a reception area, a bar and back-of-house facilities.

It is expected that the building's redevelopment will be completed in late 2019 and that the first tenant openings will occur early next year.
