Tourism Stakeholders To Take Part In 'Meet The Supplier'

Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council are leading the way by hosting their first ever ‘Meet the Supplier’ event for tourism and hospitality stakeholders within the destination.

The event, being hosted on September 14, is aimed at stakeholders becoming familiar with each other’s products through a series of 10 minute business appointments. During the appointments, they get to tell each other about their respective business and it is hoped that there will be some light bulb moments during these meetings in terms of future working co-operation.

Fruitful

Working in partnership has already proved fruitful for Catherine McKeever of Long Meadow Cider and Simon Dougan of Yellow Door Deli as collaborative working has allowed them to promote a product very sellable to international tour operators.

Tourism NI will also be in attendance on the day, offering advice on industry matters, visitor servicing, quality grading and more.
