Potential Dublin Hotel Site Hits The Market For €4m+

A Dublin city office space with potential to be redeveloped into a new hotel has been put on the market by CBRE for in excess of €4 million.

Comprised of numbers 63-66 Gardiner Street Lower in Dublin 1, Chris Ryan Architects & Designers has suggested that the property, subject to planning permission, could be repurposed into a 31-unit hotel or aparthotel, as reported by The Irish Times.

According to CBRE, the buildings have been recently refurbished and the potential to revamp the property's large yard allows for the opportunity to take advantage of the Dublin tourism market.
