Permission Sought To Construct New Hotel Development In Dublin Suburb Of Tallaght

Mardivale Limited has applied to South Dublin County Council for planning permission to construct a new hotel development on the site of the former Embankment pub in the Dublin suburb of Tallaght.

Hotel And Aparthotel Buildings

According to The Irish Independent, Ergo has learned that, if approved, the proposed development would include a 129-bedroom hotel and three aparthotel buildings which would each contain 15 accommodation units.

The creation of the development would involve the demolition of the existing pub building and existing incomplete buildings on the east side of the site.

South Dublin County Council is due to deliver a decision about the planning application by November 5.
