Dublin Airport's Passenger Traffic Declined By 90% Year-On-Year In January

The number of people that passed through Dublin Airport declined by 90% year-on-year in January to a little more than 213,000 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Europe, UK And North America Traffic

Passenger volumes to and from continental Europe declined by 86% to close to 143,000 people in the first month of the year while passenger traffic to and from the UK declined by 96% to a little more than 30,000 passengers, and transatlantic passenger traffic declined by 88% to a little more than 27,000 passengers.

Other International And Domestic Traffic

Meanwhile, passenger traffic to and from the Middle East declined by 85% to a little more than 11,500 passengers, and the number of people who travelled on domestic routes in January declined by 78% to approximately 1,400.
