Dublin Citi Hotel & Trinity Bar Sold For Approximately €12m

The Dublin Citi Hotel and Trinity Bar of the capital's Dame Street have been sold for approximately €12 million.

Purchasers

According to The Irish Times, it is understood that the hotel and bar have been purchased by Singapore businessman Dr. Stanley Quek and his business partner, Peng Loh.

BNP Paribas Real Estate acted for the purchasers in the transaction, while real estate services provider Savills acted for the vendors.
